Facilitated by the talented, and highly effective, corporate training team from G3Sonoma, expect a day of engaging and thought-provoking interactive sessions that allow all attendees an opportunity to learn and grow! Each of the 5 conference sessions provide hands-on opportunities to stretch and master different skills. By the end of the day you’ll meet most participants and have an opportunity to work with them on the conference session lessons.

9:30 | Check In ~ Buena Vista Winery, Sonoma
Find us in the winery’s Tool Museum (featured in the Champagne House) and join us for a morning cup of coffee or tea. Get situated and make new friends as the day begins.
12:15 | Lunch
Lunch is included with your event ticket and will conclude with the discussion below on self-care.
We encourage playing the game while enjoying wine and nibbles. The Creator of the game will be in attendance and offers a special game side twist to this experience!
4:45 – 5 | Thank yous and Closing Remarks

Piper has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small business executives, young adults, and everybody in between! Piper has a multitude of resources to offer and will focus on Strategic Communication skills at the G3 conference. Piper lives in Sonoma with her husband and three kids. She enjoys being active, drinking great wine and integrating into the dynamic community.
Michelle is a passionate advocate in helping people integrate health and vitality in their personal and professional endeavors. Her professional experience ranges from corporate recruiting and training to the food and beverage industry. Expertise in sales, networking, management, hospitality and health/wellness has allowed Michelle to develop a proven holistic approach to the many demands women face in modern life. She is gifted at attracting cooperation and uncovering talent through teamwork. She has lived and studied extensively in France and Italy and has a degree in International Business. As a G3 Founder, Michelle utilizes her talents to support women in cultivating healthy and well balanced lifestyles. Michelle lives in Sonoma with her two daughters and their beloved dog and cat. She can be seen cruising around on her bicycle and enjoying the good life in beautiful Northern California wine country.
Melissa is a corporate communications expert with extensive experience in marketing communications, branding, product management and internal communication. After 23 years working for companies like Intel and CoreLogic, she left the corporate world and now focuses on helping teams improve their communication, develop trust and achieve work-life balance. Melissa is passionate about helping others find personal fulfilment and purpose in their work and helping organizations to engage their teams and make going to work more fun. Melissa is a “Texafornian” who misses her home state, but is delighted to live in Wine Country and explore Northern California with her husband and two young children.
