Joining a professional forum group should be about more than sitting back and listening to a keynote speaker. It should be a chance to take your own experiences and share them with others in your field. It’s about giving you the opportunity to engage with your peers, share real-life stories, and offer practical advice in a professional, confidential forum.

What we’re about

The WINE WOMEN Direct-to-Consumer Leadership Forum strives to foster your professional growth while giving you the opportunity to share your expertise with the group. Join the conversation!

From DTC Sales Specialists to Brand Managers, Owners and Hospitality Associates, if your career is focused on selling wine directly to the consumer in the tasting room, online, via tours, at special events and more, then you’ll fit right in!

Pamela Hiett, Principal at pH Direct

Pamela is a direct sales specialist having served as Vice President of Direct to Consumer Sales at Silverado Vineyards and as Vice President of Guest Services and Direct Sales at Charles Krug Winery. She is also a member of the WISE Academy Board of Directors.

Research shows we have from 7 to 10 seconds after a guest walks through the front door to positively impact their decision to buy.

Everything they see, hear, touch, feel and taste is a form of communication, creating tangible and intangible impressions of the brand. The cumulative effect of engaging their five senses is to say, symbolically: “Here is what we have to offer. What do you think?”

Pamela’s work focuses on helping her clients create environments that evoke specific emotional responses from customers and enhance the probability of a purchase. Based on the tested principles of visual branding and customer journey mapping, Pamela takes a planned and systematic approach to creating a customized, branded tasting room experience, enhancing post-visit awareness and increasing the likelihood of future cross-channel purchases
